The real problem
You don't need another 30-day challenge.
- Work.
- School runs.
- Family.
- Late dinners.
- Busy weeks.
Short challenges can move the scale for a few weeks. They rarely change what your body, or your routine, looks like six months later.
Most women we coach have dieted before. What they had not had was a plan that fits a real week in Abu Dhabi: heat that keeps you indoors half the year, long family dinners, travel, and a schedule that belongs to everyone else first.
So the goal is not simply to lose weight. It is to lose fat while keeping, or building, the muscle that shapes your body and looks after your joints and bones as the years go on.
- 01
Lose body fat
A moderate calorie deficit and structured training, so fat comes down while muscle stays.
- 02
Tone and shape
Strength training builds the muscle that gives your body its shape. Cardio alone cannot do that.
- 03
More energy
Regular training, better sleep and steadier eating usually show up as more energy within weeks.
- 04
Stay consistent
Your coach turns up at your door, so the session happens even on a tired day.
- 05
Feel confident
In your clothes, in your body, and in knowing exactly what to do when you train on your own.
The BYLDUP method
A plan built around your life
Four stages, repeated for as long as you train with us. Each one starts from what we learned in the last.
Assess
Measurements, movement, fitness baseline and your history: past diets, injuries, pregnancies and what stopped you before.
Build
Two to four sessions a week, a daily step target you can hit in the heat, and simple food guidance.
Coach
One-to-one sessions at your place. Technique coached rep by rep, weights increased only when you are ready.
Adapt
Re-measured every six weeks. The plan changes with your results, your schedule and how you feel.
Your coaches
Coached one-to-one by women.

How to start
Three steps to your first session.
- 1
Book a strategy session
Tell us your goal, your week and where you would like to train. It takes a minute, online or on WhatsApp.
- 2
Talk it through
We go through your goals, history and schedule with you, and match you with the right female coach.
- 3
First session at your place
Your coach comes to you, runs a movement and fitness assessment, and training begins.
Training that comes to you
Your home. Your building. Your pace.
No crowded gym, no drive across town, no waiting for equipment. Your coach brings the session to you.

Home
Villa, apartment or private space. Your coach arrives with what the session needs, from a mat to dumbbells and kettlebells.

Building gym
Train in your building or community gym. Your coach plans around the equipment already there. Some buildings have rules for visiting trainers, so check with management first.

Outdoors
Corniche, beach or park, early or late in the day during the cooler months.

Not this
Random hard work
- Endless cardio and very low calories
- The same workout every day
- Motivation decides whether you train
- Only the scale says if it is working
The BYLDUP Ladies way
Training with a plan
- Strength training to keep your muscle
- A deficit you can live with
- Your coach keeps you accountable
- Measurements and strength tracked
Built around you
Your body is not a template. Your training isn't either.
Exercise choice, intensity, recovery and progression are adjusted around you, week by week.
Goals
Fat loss first, strength alongside. The weekly plan reflects what you are training for.
Fitness level
Starting weights and pace come from your assessment, not from a template.
Schedule
Early mornings, school hours or evenings. The plan fits the week you actually have.
Injuries
Exercises are chosen around old injuries and sore joints.
Energy & cycle
Tell your coach how you feel. A session can be lighter or harder on the day, and the week still counts.
After a baby
Back to training after your doctor's clearance, starting with core and pelvic floor-friendly work.
The BYLDUP philosophy
Built for the next 10 years. Not the next 10 weeks.
The first results are only the beginning. The aim is strength, fitness and habits that keep working for you long after them.

Female Personal Trainer at Home in Abu Dhabi: What to Expect
Why many women in Abu Dhabi prefer a female personal trainer at home, what a first session looks like, how much space and equipment you need, and how to choose the right coach.
01Is there a female weight loss coach near me in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our female coaches come to your home or building gym across Abu Dhabi, including Saadiyat, Yas, Al Raha, Al Reem, Khalifa City and the Corniche. Tell us your area and we will match you with a coach who covers it.
02How much weight can I expect to lose?
It depends on where you start, your food, your sleep and how consistent you are, so we will not promise a number before we have assessed you. What you do get is a clear plan, measurements every six weeks and honest feedback on what is working.
03Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No. Building noticeable size takes years of specific training and eating for it. For most women, strength training is what creates a toned, shaped look, and it protects your muscle while you lose fat.
04Do I have to give up the food I like?
No. A plan that bans your favourite meals rarely survives a month. Your coach helps you plan a week that already includes eating out and family dinners. If you have a medical condition or need a specific diet, work with your doctor or a registered dietitian as well.
05Can I start after having a baby?
Yes, at the right time. Wait for your doctor's clearance, usually after your postnatal check, then start with core and pelvic floor-friendly work before adding load.
06I am on a GLP-1 medicine such as Ozempic or Mounjaro. Can I train with you?
Yes, and strength training matters more on these medicines, because fast weight loss can include muscle. Tell us in the strategy session and keep your doctor informed.
07How often should I train?
Most women train with us two to four times a week, plus daily steps. Your coach suggests a frequency based on your goals, recovery and schedule.
08Do I need equipment at home?
No. Your coach brings what the session needs, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and a mat. If your building gym is well equipped, we use it.
