Why private
A fight gym is not where most women want to start.
- Crowded classes.
- Sparring.
- Feeling watched.
- Bad technique.
- Stress.
Kickboxing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get fit, but many women never try it because the only option seems to be a class full of strangers, or a gym built around fighters.
Private sessions with a female coach take all of that away. You learn stance, guard and the basic punches and kicks properly, at your pace, in your own space.
Pad work done well is a skill session first and a workout second. The fitness comes with it: heart, legs, core and shoulders all working together.
- 01
Fitness that's fun
Rounds on the pads feel like a game, so the hard work gets done.
- 02
Confidence
Learning to punch and kick properly changes how you carry yourself.
- 03
Stress out
Few things clear a busy head like a hard round on the pads.
- 04
Core and rotation
Every punch and kick turns through the hips and core, training the rotation most workouts miss.
- 05
Coordination
Footwork and combinations sharpen balance and reactions.
The BYLDUP method
Technique before intensity
You learn it in order, and the fitness arrives as you get better.
Assess
Fitness, mobility, any injuries, and what you want from it.
Build
A plan that mixes technique blocks with conditioning rounds.
Coach
Pad work one-to-one: stance, guard, punches, kicks and footwork, corrected every round.
Adapt
Combinations and rounds progress as your technique and fitness improve.
How to start
Three steps to your first session.
- 1
Book a strategy session
Tell us your goal, your week and where you would like to train. It takes a minute, online or on WhatsApp.
- 2
Talk it through
We go through your goals, history and schedule with you, and match you with the right female coach.
- 3
First session at your place
Your coach comes to you, runs a movement and fitness assessment, and training begins.
Training that comes to you
Your home. Your building. Your pace.
No crowded gym, no drive across town, no waiting for equipment. Your coach brings the session to you.

Home
Villa, apartment or private space. Your coach arrives with what the session needs, from a mat to dumbbells and kettlebells.

Building gym
Train in your building or community gym. Your coach plans around the equipment already there. Some buildings have rules for visiting trainers, so check with management first.

Outdoors
Corniche, beach or park, early or late in the day during the cooler months.

Built around you
Your body is not a template. Your training isn't either.
Exercise choice, intensity, recovery and progression are adjusted around you, week by week.
Experience
Complete beginner or coming back to it. Sessions start from where you are.
Goals
Fitness, fat loss, confidence or skill. The rounds are built around it.
Space
About two metres of floor at home, in a garden or in your building gym.
Injuries
Wrist, shoulder or knee issues? Your coach adapts the drills.
Pregnancy
During pregnancy we switch to gentler training. After birth, pad work returns once your doctor clears you.
Schedule
Short, intense sessions fit busy days.
The BYLDUP philosophy
Built for the next 10 years. Not the next 10 weeks.
The first results are only the beginning. The aim is strength, fitness and habits that keep working for you long after them.

How Much Does a Personal Trainer Cost in Abu Dhabi?
What personal training costs in Abu Dhabi in 2026, what changes the price per session, how packages and monthly plans compare, and the questions to ask before you pay for anything.
01Are there ladies kickboxing classes near me?
Instead of a class, we come to you: private kickboxing with a female coach at your home, garden or building gym anywhere in Abu Dhabi. It suits women who would rather not train in a mixed fight gym.
02Do I need experience or equipment?
Neither. Your coach brings pads and gloves, and most clients start with no experience. The first sessions cover stance, guard and the basic punches.
03Is there sparring?
No, not unless you ask for it. Sessions are pad work, footwork and conditioning.
04Can we train in an apartment?
Yes. Pad work needs about two metres of clear floor and is quieter than a jumping workout.
05Will kickboxing help me lose weight?
It uses a lot of energy and is fun enough to keep doing, which matters most. For fat loss we usually pair it with strength training and simple food guidance.
06Is the coach a woman?
Yes. Kickboxing on this page is coached by Veronica.
07What is the difference between kickboxing and Muay Thai?
Kickboxing uses punches and kicks. Muay Thai adds knees, elbows and clinch work. If you want the full Muay Thai style, see our Muay Thai page.
