Corporate fitness · Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Coaches come to your office, terrace or building gym. Sessions are scheduled around the working day, attendance is reported monthly, and the programme is written from an assessment rather than a class template.
Corporate wellness usually fails for a logistical reason rather than a motivational one. A class is put in the calendar at a time that suits the provider, attendance falls to the same four people by week three, and the programme is quietly dropped at renewal.
This is built the other way round. The schedule is fixed to the working day, one coordinator on your side handles bookings and cancellations, and the content is written from an assessment of the people who actually turn up — which in most offices means desk-bound necks, shoulders and hips rather than general conditioning.
We work across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in offices, building gyms, terraces and meeting rooms. No facility is required: if the space has three by three metres of clear floor, it works.
Fixed weekly slots before nine, at lunch or after five. Cancellations are handled by one coordinator rather than by individual staff.
The same coach returns each week, so nobody re-explains their shoulder every session. Cover is arranged by us, briefed in advance.
Twelve-week blocks invoiced monthly, with a sample schedule issued alongside the proposal. Pricing is quoted per block after a short scoping call.
You receive a monthly report covering attendance and participation by department, plus the themes coaches are seeing — for example, how many participants presented with neck and shoulder restriction at the start of the block.
Nothing identifiable reaches the employer. Individual assessment results, health disclosures and injury history stay between the participant and their coach, and are shared with you only in aggregate. Participants are told this before their first session, which is a large part of why they take part honestly.

Indicative structure only. Rates are quoted per block after a scoping call, and depend on format, frequency and location.
One session on your site, at a time your team would realistically attend, with the coach who would run the block. You see the delivery and your staff see whether they would come back.
No. Most of our corporate work runs in meeting rooms, terraces and open floor space. Equipment travels with the coach.
Yes. Multi-site blocks are scheduled together and reported together, so you get one monthly report rather than two.
It stays with the coach. The employer receives attendance and aggregate themes only, and participants are told exactly this before they disclose anything.
A twelve-week block. Shorter engagements tend to end just as attendance stabilises, which is the point at which the programme starts being worth measuring.
Send us headcount, location and the space you have. You will get a one-page summary, an indicative schedule and a sample invoice — no site visit required to start.
