One-to-one coaching across Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3, Umm Suqeim and Al Manara — one of the few districts in Dubai with genuinely open public beach on the doorstep.

Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim are the old low-rise Dubai: established villas on quiet streets, mature gardens, and a long stretch of open public beach that is still free to train on. Compared with the tower districts, this is an unusually good environment for the kind of coaching we run.
The beach is the distinguishing asset. Sand is a genuinely useful training surface — it loads the foot, ankle and hip differently to any gym floor, and it is forgiving on joints that do not tolerate repeated impact. From October through April we use it heavily. The rest of the year sessions move indoors or to the garden before sunrise, which is planned into the block rather than improvised.
The assessment picture here is shaped by how long people have lived in the area. Many Jumeirah clients have been in Dubai for a decade or more, walk and swim regularly, and are aerobically fine. What testing reliably exposes is a lack of loaded strength — particularly through the posterior chain and the shoulder girdle — and ankle and foot restriction from years in flat, unsupportive footwear. Sand work happens to be an effective route into fixing the second problem while the first is addressed under load.
Mature planting means most gardens hold shade through the morning. The default venue outside the summer months.
Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah public beach, used for sand conditioning, carries and single-leg work from October through April.
The year-round option, and where loaded strength work is delivered through the summer.
Common in the larger Jumeirah 2 and 3 villas; supplemented rather than replaced.
Aerobically well conditioned, structurally under-loaded, and often carrying foot and ankle restriction.
People with an established outdoor habit who need strength work built on top of it rather than instead of it.
Loaded, progressive, measured — and a group for whom sand is particularly useful early on.
Yes, from roughly October through April at first light. Sand is genuinely useful for foot, ankle and hip work and is easier on joints that dislike repeated impact. In summer we move indoors.
Yes, along with Umm Suqeim and Al Manara.
With the assessment. Aerobic conditioning from swimming and walking is real, but it does not build bone density, strength or balance. Testing shows exactly which of those needs attention first.

Your first session in Jumeirah & Umm Suqeim is a 45-minute Bio Performance assessment — joint range, postural loading, balance, strength symmetry and core endurance, written up and sent to you afterwards. You are under no obligation to train with us after it.
